Disappointed about breakfast. I don’t mind paying, but for $20, I would expect a buffet with more than just steam tables of precooked food.

Ok place to stay, over priced though. Noisy hallway floors.

My stay was good. Everything went well.

A little pricey but a clean and dependable hotel.

Would stay again.

A fine experience, nothing amazing but nothing terrible. A little bit noisy with people on the floor above.

For a hotel that size, they have little to no parking. Who wants to walk 3 blocks to park. Or wait for free street parking after 6pm. We had a loaded car for a move and did not feel comfortable leaving it 3 blocks away or in street parking.

Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and loved the proximity of the hotel to everything. The only downside is the parking situation. There are very limited spots, and once all of the them fill up you are forced to pay to park at a meter. This means you are not guaranteed parking, even as a paying hotel guest. Other than that, the property was very nice.

The staff was very communicative with my needs. Really appreciate the amazing stay

Clean room, efficient reception staff, considerate room servicing people

My room was cozy, comfy and clean! My bed was firm - my preference in beds. Always appreciate the Sternwheeler, their flexible/late check-ins and friendly staff. Great food in their restaurant too! This quirky floors hotel is a welcome reprieve for weary travellers and tourists. :)
