Good location. We stayed on level 21 which was great overlooking the river. It’s walkable distance to surface paradise stripe and lots of food choices around. Breakfast is amazing at this pace. Can’t say same about driftwood bar for drinks, not many options and lacks vibe. The rooms are clean and well maintained but bathroom is old and really needs upgrade. Most disappointing thing about the stay at Vibe is parking. It cost $30 per night not even 24hours which is a huge amount to pay considering there are plenty of cheaper parking options across the road. I didn’t realise until we paid for it. Despite parking for parking it was disappointing that car park was full. We couldn’t leave keys with staff as it’s rental car and had to wait for parking space to be cleared. They really need to allow booking numbers based on car park space. The checkin staff do not acknowledge Expedia Gold VIP membership at all. When I asked if I get anything for being a Expedia VIP membership I was told very rudely what do you wa

Wifi was not working properly on 20th floor where my room is. Keep breaking down. The housekeeper didn’t clean my room for one day during my stay. The toilet was not clean properly. Dirt on the floor where the water drain is. The curtain had blood/red mark on it. The spa looks very old. There are astonishing ocean and river views though.

The hotel is in a good overall condition. My room though had a few issue･･･

The hotel is in a good overall condition.
My room though had a few issues: the toilet didn’t flush properly - water pressure issue. The kettle was also dirty and the room had a slight smell. Needed to be aired.
Also, parking at $30/day fairly costly.

Very handy location, not far from the tram. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom let’s in light 24/7 but could shut the door to help at night. Shower over bath would be awkward for anyone over 5”5 and a bit run down. Staff were friendly.

Stayed here with my children and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The pool was amazing and the happy hour/ live music was wonderful. It was so love to be a small stroll from everything but far enough away to not be interrupted by the nightlife. The river is an added bonus. Would never have seen it if I hadn’t of stayed here. Definitely my go to from now on when I visit the gold coat. Thank you.

I stayed for one night and did find it quite enjoyable. All pictures show what you expect and although the hotes is near a busy road, I havent any problem with noise. Totally recomemended.
