This hotel is a gem! Fantastic breakfast, serene pool and courtyard, beautiful rooms, impeccable service, and perfect, convenient location. I will always stay here when I come back with my kids!

Everything was terrific. We will be going back soon

Everything perfect.

Hotel felt a little dated and there were signs of water damage everywhere: mildly smell, peeling plaster and paint, and mildew. Staff were great at addressing it by bringing some air filters to our room. Because the location was so good and the service friendly (and a decent breakfast) I would have considered staying again BUT just before my departure I received a letter warning me of a charge for a towel they claimed I had stained black. That had no evidence to substantiate the claim (I don’t dye my hair or even wear makeup & I was traveling alone, so unsure where black dye would come from!) but even so, I’ve stayed many a place with my children that have led to far greater disasters that did not lead to a threat of charge! It’s for that reason alone, that I will not stay here again.

Location. I can this as an outstanding hotel... Five years ago. Needs some renovations but still lovely. Noisy too but location makes up for it

Very big rooms.

Very clean. Amazing staff. 4 mins to MBK and literally 9 mins to 1000 stores. Great location. Pretty good value.

From reception to each staff member what we came across during a stay they were very kind and helpful about everything. Clean and quiet hotel next to Siam and Ratchathewi BTS. Easy to go everywhere. Hotel have a very nice restaurant where you could actually enjoy your breakfast in outside next to kind of garden/waterfall pool area. Not feel at all you are in noisy and urban area middle of the Bangkok. But overall its staff what was making a stay very pleasant. See you again sometime soon I hope!

Really close to MBK centre and skytrain stations. Hotel staff were very helpful. The pool is right under the skytrain so not peaceful, but sitting by the pool all day wasn’t what we came to Bangkok for - so not a problem for us

Last minute booking. Much higher end place than I expected. Staff was very helpful and prompt response to any questions.
