Amazing Experience. We will be back on Feb.13th for night.

I stayed with my girlfriend and this was our worst experience at a hotel. Never coming back here again

The thermostat in the room didn’t work so the room was really hot (didn’t know it wasn’t working until kids were settled for sleep time, two fire alarms in the night, and definitely not the most comfortable beds.

The fire alarm was going off all night without any reason and kept us awake all night. It was a tough ride back the next day with little sleep.

Central and accessible from many streets.

A fire alarm went off three times during the night that woke us up and carried on for long periods. everybody on levels 2 and 3 had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night which was terrifying.
Not a good sleep.

Great location

we choose this hotel because of the family pool but it closed under construction. Unfortunately, we didnt see any notice from the website and it also made my kids really disappointed.

The fire alarm went off once the first night and three times the second night. Besides getting no sleep the whole weekend, the hotel was alright. Updating required in rooms and a lot of dust. Cigarette butts were all over the balcony and my television had no satellite connection. If it weren’t for the price, I wouldn’t return.

There is no parking for pick up trucks, when i checked in, i asked and was told there are 5 spots but i have to go talk to the parking staff.
I mean, you can imagine how that looked like, why do i have to go speak to the parking staff then come back to check in? Its 2024, get yourselves at least a radio if anything.
Room toilet was constantly filling up and was loud
Thermostat was set to 25 but it was freezing
Very outdated room
But the price was cheap so i guess you get what you pay for
$40 for breakfast? It was the one option for eggs, bacon and sausage, you know? The kind you get included at any other hotel but this one.
