The staff were awesome, very helpful and responsive. The location was great, walking distance to Time Square and Madison Square Garden. We enjoyed our three days in NYC. Monday morning there was some street traffic noise but thats to be expected in the city. Also had bars and restaurants close by that we stopped at. Overall a wonderful experience.

While checking in, as being gold member and as the hotel belongs to the VIP Access: i asked if there is upgrade.
The staff said that only for additional fee. Which I selected to accept.
However the "upgraded" room was not fully funtional.. and after replacing 2 more rooms I found myself eventually at the same room level.
This annoying process too 2 hours.

A luxury hotel in midtown that is reasonably priced! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was great - comfortable bed, wonderful amenities, and lovely staff. The location is so central and convenient. It was also quiet! Loved it and will be back!

Only drawbacks to excellence were single sink in bathroom and dysfunctional closet arrangements for two people with one week of clothing. Otherwise great experience…especially staff from front desk to bell captains to housekeeping.

Amazing great service definitely recommend

The location in Midtown was excellent for our plans. Rooms are big by NY standards and the inroom amenities and facilities were great. The bellboys were good but they seemed upset when we didnt choose their recommendation for a driver. All in all i would repeat.

Hotel was great and room was cleaned each day. Service in the bar was painful - asking several times to order a drink and waiting for ages when there was nobody else to be served.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from the desk checkin to the restaurant, to the room and the service over delivered by Karinne. Dabble had scrumptious food. The one bedroom suite had a nice layout and partial view of Central Park. This will be my come back hotel for sure!!

Breakfast was great - dinner menu could be expanded. Bar menu should have more appetizers.

Love this place and almost afraid to rate it- it is my well kept secret in NYC -book the suite -absolutely huge, quiet and feels like an apartment.
