The room was just okay. I expected more based on previous stays at a different Westin property. I will not be staying at this location again.

Nice hotel and great location!

The hot tub and pool were small but great. The fitness center was well kept and the rims were clean. Great location for waterfront event.

Terrific location for walking to attractions. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Parking was fine, I had to use Valet, because the hotel didnt offer self parking. The price was reasonable, and I could go in and out for one charge of $65 dollars.

Always our go to spot for a San Diego stay. Super comfortable rooms and a great bar spot for apps and conversation

Clean room, facility, and close to the Bay and Pier for the limited time we were to spend in San Diego after 10 days in Hawaii. Our flight didnt get in until after midnight and the crew working the late shift were a little less than enthused as Id hoped after our long today, but I know they were chill because the smell of pot was in the air. Otherwise, not a bad little hotel.

Called to check in early and was told no problem. Went to the hotel at 130 pm and was told my room would be ready in 30 min. I wasn’t able to Chek in to after 5 pm.

They waved some resort fee I was unaware of as a gesture.

Same problem the next morning as there were huge lines of people waiting to check in. Understaffed for a NASCAR race weekend or any weekend.

Not a $400+ night hotel.

The staff was always extremely helpful and helped ensure that we received a variety of packages for this work trip. The rooms we extremely clean and the perfect place to call home for almost 2 weeks.
