The place was great and what was needed for a trip to NYC. I loved the location and also enjoyed the space overall. I did message the host for housekeeping (since I stayed for a little over a week) but didn’t get a response but other than that if you’re looking for a private room and nice space in the midst of New York you can’t go wrong with this place!

Was in a good safe location in the middle of everything. Room was larger than I thought it would be. They will hold your luggage before and after the trip if you arrive or leave late. Only frustration was that the elevator wound usually take 10 minutes to get to the room or out of the room.

The building is dirty, there are bugs in the bathroom, only one toilet per floor, the air conditioning barely works, device is terrible, the people who check you in and out treat you super bad like they are doing you a favor.
You cannot call that a hotel, worst place I have ever been in my life.

Great place to crash conveniently located.

Check in and check out was seamless. Great staff, bubbly and helpful front desk reception. Room was clean. Lacking shelving, hangers, so was hard to organize our clothes and toiletries. Shared bathrooms very clean. We were only supplied with one towel each for the whole week! TV did not work for us, front reception could not help. They advised us to call the owner, Eliza. Since we were home late on Thursday & Friday, we did not want to call her late. When I did call her on Saturday, she got very rude with me, and said I should have called her before, without giving me a chance to explain. She did say she will try and find someone for Monday, which of course never materialized.

We have stayed at this building two times before this trip, and have always loved the location & accommodations. However, this particular room was our least favorite by far. The room had decent space for NYC, but it had the least amenities of any room weve stayed in, at this same building, before. We were told we could not have additional towels solely based on booking through Hotels.com, no wash cloths or extra garbage bags were provided. The TV offered basic cable & wifi was an upcharge. Every other room we have chosen offered housekeeping, Roku TVs, wifi, & all linens.

Pretty good place to go to vacation with my family,
I will reserve again next time

The staff were friendly and the location was great.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this hotel, and both times were perfect especially if you get a room with a private bathroom. The only thing we thought was a little weird was that we had to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags. It wasn’t a big deal, but for the price we paid, we figured they would at least supply more toilet paper. One roll isn’t enough for four people staying three nights, lol.
