Great location in Murray Hill. Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was huge with a huge bathroom. Also a microwave, refrigerator, sink and coffee maker!!!!

This is a great accommodating hotel. We had no issue canceling 1 night stat on the same day as we were trapped at the airport in DC. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. We had no issue getting an early check in (paid fee). The suite was perfect with kids to give them an area to play and unwind. The room was clean and very quiet. Beds were comfortable and mini kitchenet was useful. The staff was always friendly and the hotel was never over busy. Very easy walk to everywhere in Middtown and easy to get an Uber when needed. Delicious breakfast at Take Care. I would stay again!

Beautiful hotel and amazing views from the roof top. Highly recommend

The staff was lovely. The ceiling was falling in the bedroom and they eventually got us into a new room. The laundry was ok-one of the washers was out of order with no sign on it, so I accidentally wasted $4 and got my clothes extra gross, so I guess I wasted $8 for 2 loads. The location is convenient for midtown activities and public transit. The elevators were usually over-crowded.

Very old hotel, due for renovation or at least furniture upgrade. Bathroom is very old, cabinets are all scratched. All chairs in the lobby and overall very used feel.
Service was good but for this price, I would not recommend.

The terrace suite is spacious, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The greeting staff at the entrance was so polite and cheerful. The rooftop lounge is amazing. I highly recommend if you are traveling

However, when we requested an hour late checkout, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor sincere. That was the only bad experience we had before checking out.

Staff was really nice. Rooms were spacier that what youre used to in Manhattan. We were not facing the street so it was really quiet, except when people were talking in the hallway (you can hear everything through the door). Furnitures could be updated. Bed was really comfy though.

We especially loved the outside seating at the attached restaurant

Great location. Fantastic staf.

The room needs some TLC to fix some worn areas of the room. I did the upgrade to a balcony room and while it is more space it is right below the restaurant/bar so if you are a light sleeper, this is not the ideal room for you. The balcony itself is nice but does not have privacy as your neighbor can hear and see you on the balcony.

Location wise it is in an ideal spot close to Grand Central and anywhere on the east side you need to be in.
