Room was clean, lobby and restaurant, shuttle to Banff was very good!

Great space, great location. The property was nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were fun. We enjoyed using the shuttle to get into town instead of needing to drive and find parking.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room need a little updating though but it was clean and we slept well

Amenaties were comfortable and room size was nice as well hotel staff weee very accommodating and helpful.

The on-site restaurant was very convenient since Banff is so overcrowded and long waiting in most restaurants on Banff Ave. we enjoyed the food as well.
The complimentary Shuttle service to Banff Ave and back was also very convenient. Special Shoutout to Brian the driver, he had a very positive attitude inspite of making trips every hr all day long.
The property is a bit old, so getting the room to be at a comfortable temperature took a while. But, otherwise the room was comfortable.

Breakfast choices are good. A bit away from the Banff happening places at downtown.

As soon as we entered, we found a dead moth on the floor. I was not confident if the room was cleaned between guests, and there were not sufficient towels/tissues. The most unfortunate thing is there is no sound proof whatsoever between units, and I was able to hear all the conversation from the above at midnight. Shuttle service to downtown was plus side and staff were quite friendly. Not sure if the property was worth of 450 CAD

good location , we had a 2 bedroom suite. The only thing was there was a strange smell in the rooms . It had a full kitchen ,2 bathrooms with showers . nice wooded location but on the main road to downtown . in the morning there was a view of the mountains through the trees . short drive to downtown . if it wasnt for the smell this place would be excellent.
Off topic but if you want to go to lake louise , you need to be at the parking super early , if not there are parks canada shuttles that you need to book on line , we didnt know .

Nice accommodations very clean and comfortable beds. Good size rooms too. This accommodation is away (5 minute drive) from the main downtown Banff area but has a very convenient shuttle service. There is also free downtown parking at the train station with a quick walk to the Main Street (Banff Street) where the very affordable public transit runs very often and to every corner of Banff.

Staff are just so lovely, and the guys who drive the shuttle bus are super friendly and fun…loved my little “apartment” I was there from the UK been to Banff many times and first time at the BRMR - would love to stay again one day 😍
