The housekeeping is terrible. They forget to clean my room and refuse to take responsibility. They forgot to clean something every day. After three days, I decided to ask for a change of room so as not to deal with the housekeeping staffs issue. Hotel Ananass management should do some internal quality control to ensure that their housekeeping division is doing their job.

This hotel was reasonably priced, breakfast was good. At a good location and overall good ambience.

Right next to the U4 station Pilgramgasse. Room is clean and service is good. The only thing I have to complain is the wifi, which was extremely slow. I had to used my phone as a hotspot instead. Buffet breakfast was good but was quite pricy, 32 Euro per head.

Nice hotel, but the paysystem did not work, so it took half an hour for us to pay when leaving.

Breakfast was very good. Not sure why house keeping opened our hotel room door every morning at 8 am ?? They mustve known we are still there. That was kinda strange.

Good location within easy walking distance of the underground.

Hotel itself is good, just be aware that at the moment there are construction works going on. As soundproofing is not well, you would here what is going on on the street. As well room service cleaning on Saturday starts really early and is laud and disturbing to sleep still if that happens in the rooms nearby.

The hotel is fine, pretty and with polite service at the counter. We had two issues though. The bathroom-door got stuck and my friend was locked at the toilet. The personel was fast to come and help him out. On a more irritating note the cleaning staff forget to know when they go in. They just open the door and enter. Even at our check out day they walked in early morning when we where sleeping. On check out day there should not arrive cleaning personel before we have checked out. Besides that it was a fine stay at the place
