Hotel beds are way too firm! However the hotel will provide a topper if requested to make the bed softer! Starbucks in lobby! Lobby on 5 th floor so need to take separate elevator to go to room! Best black out curtains ever! Good wifi! Good breakfast! Shower only no tub! Wheel chair accessible entrance from the side! My favourite hotel in hkg is the ibis sheung wan! Just please make the mattresses softer!

Pleasant stay. Very convenient to transportation to get around the city. Accommodations were quaint but expected of HK. Slippers, toothbrush, and body/ hair wash was supplied and complementary water each day

I chose this property for the price and the name. Ive stayed in many Ibis Hotels in Europe and thought they were decent. The check in was good, Henrick was VERY Helpful. The mattress was extremely firm. I had to ask for extra pillows, the ones provided were very thin. The maid service was a little odd. We had one knock on our door and before we could answer it, she came barging in to change the coffee pot. We didnt ask for this and I was in the middle of getting dressed. Peter in the bar was also very nice and helpful. The bell man were useless. They just stood around all day. Henrick helped us with our luggage and the cab. Loved the view from the 25th floor.

It’s is not what is shown on the images and it is not what is described. The next leg of our journey was also in an Ibis Hotel and the differences were clear. Simply this hotel in Hong Kong is dirty bad managed and certainly very expensive for what it is.

Ibis Hotel is an old hotel, been in Hong Kong for many years. can tell that its a little worned out. However, their staff is absolutely helpful with amazing customer service. If you dont mind it being a little older, its definately one of my top choice budget hotel to stay at.

Im happy to this hotels service. hong kong travel was my first time, and stay in ibis was touched me. everything was perfect. If i go to hong kong again, ill stay there too.
