Great hotel right in the beach. Comfortable room, good food and drinks. Aldridge who worked in the patio bar was very friendly and an excellent server.

The hotel’s transportation service from the airport was also excellent - very efficient.

Superb staff, especially in the restaurant! Oscar was absolutely amazing and attentive! Our room was superb. Nice welcome snack and drink! The boat shuttle is very well organized. When you exit the airport just look for the Hennan logo sign. They take it from there.

Id say it was one of the better places to stay on white beach. Easy access to everything and the pool areas were great. We had the beach view room which was perfect.

Breakfast is great, though fruits needs more variety
room is clean and comfortable.
since our room has pool access it so great for my baby to enjoy and even us
to all the staffs who help us they are all approachable and friendly. A big thanks to kuya Jed lobby attendant who help us from our first day to our last day.

10/10 would recommend. Great location. Amazing breakfast. Room was clean and it was all we could have asked for. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were amazing. They were friendly and remembered you every day and greeted with a smile and wishing you a great day. The rooms were well maintained, large and clean. Beach was great and only one day out of seven were unable to get a lounger. If no loungers available, they have mats to use on the beach. The hotel is in a great location on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, massages and activities. Highly recommend it, and will definitely book here again when returning. Have to give a shout out to the bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners and the security guard which always made my day with there smiles and greetings.

My wife and I had a fantastic time. The airport shuttle was very helpful, the buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. We would stay here again

Great resort, very clean, great amenities, good sized rooms, great location

There was no way for ys to get to the island from el nido, tried a week in advanced, would have gladly went explained to expedia, they contacted the hotel and said they would not help at all, and lost all my money at the resort. Terrible property, it said no refunds, but we tried everything to get there, so booked cebu instead. Would never book with hennan again, with a week in advance trying, no empathy and understanding so have to call it as it is. Hennan do better, it was not anyones fault but maybe the airlines that were packed for weeks, they should have more flights for sure, but hennan didnt have to clean a room for a week and probably upsold it as well. Bad marks for hennan properties they should understand the trying stressfull times travellers encounter, but they obviously dont, i wont even try to go boracaye again because of this.
