Property is in a fairly good location close to walking street. Cleaniness was average. What was really frustrating for me is the wifi. Its 2024 and wifi is still terrible, might be Angeles in general.

We booked 2 stays here because of the great reviews. The first one was terrible. Now we had a different apartment. This ine was a lot cleaner but still not really clean though. Lamp was mouldy. Lots of dust. Place needs maintenance. Staff is super friendly though.

The location is not bad, but the apartment was disgusting. Wouldnt dare to use any of the cooking gear there. Luckily the bed and towels were clean. Other than that there was mould everywhere. Even a cockroach in the kitchen sink. The Wi-Fi was really bad.

Internet was a disaster. One evening I had a scheduled Zoom meeting with colleagues in the US. Halfway through the meeting, the Internet suddenly went out! When I asked the management when it would be back online, they said, "Try again tomorrow".

I had to go to another hotel with a stable Internet connection and book a short-time room, re-joining the meeting half an hour later.

The connection going down was bad enough, but just as frustrating was the managements lack of desire to fix the problem, or at least try.
