We had a great stay overall, and the staff was very nice and accommodating throughout our visit. The main issue involved the air conditioning in our room upon arrival. When we initially couldn’t get the temperature lower, we were told the system was controlled by the front desk and that they would adjust it remotely. After waiting about an hour with no improvement, we called again and someone came to the room to make adjustments on site. When that still didn’t resolve the issue, another staff member came to inspect it further and eventually discovered the unit was never actually turning on in the first place and was broken the entire time. After several trips back and forth over the course of many hours, we ultimately had to move to another room. I understand that things happen, but it was frustrating after already unpacking, and you would think the room systems would be checked prior to assigning the room to guests. The other downside was the gym, which is extremely minimal. It would be nice to see the hote

We were warned by many wrt Merseille being the most dangerous city in Europe and we should not visit. Were from NYC and weve seen worse traveling other cities. The hotel is one of the best in Merseille. Were glad we choose it over others. We expected a modern luxury experience and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff. Walking distance to many tourist sites. Breakfast with one of the best view in the city. And the city is safer than hyped. Especially in the hotel.

A great 3.5 stars hotel but definitely not a 5 stars. Then again it’s Marseille which is a dangerous dump of a place so it’s all relative!

Phenomenal Hotel. The Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our suite was very comfortable. All of the staff were smiling and gracious.

Luca at the concierge was truly hospitable. He gave great recommendations and was always willing to help. Genuinely friendl and sincere. More concierges should give service like him. Lea at the reception was also quite friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her.

This is a true gem of a hotel. Highly recommend.
