Great location (close to everything and beach), spacious room for the family with 2 teens. Loft was very helpful. We felt like we had 2 rooms. There are a lot of shopping, restaurants, just in the heart of Old Town. AC was ok but I feel that 90% properties in France has inadequate AC (especially by the American standards), however, it did work. We had small kitchenet and washer/dryer that we had an issue to figure out:) The hotel is a little distance from the train station but still walkable.

Very central, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. A bakery and ice cream shop next door was perfect. There are also two bars on the corner and there was a lot of festivities when France won a football game. We enjoyed experiencing it! The room was very good, nice beds, clean and housekeeping was excellent. Really enjoyed the free refills of water and that we had a washing machine in our kitchen. We also used the pick up and drop off service to and from the airport and both our chauffeurs were polite and helpful and informative. Made our first visit to Nice extra good. Will visit again! Thank you!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Carpet needs cleaning and mold growing in the shower.

Nothing special to mention. Extremely loud and disruptive while trying to sleep. Staff was great but lobby was dreary and dull. Dark. No amenities. Would not stay again.

There is construction and scaffolding outside the alley way by the entrance so we were a little confused about the entrance
Overall very good experience, room was great. We ordered breakfast the one morning.

Excellent location, near the beach and all of the action. The kitchen was well equipped, room was perfect for our family of 4. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Absolute fantastic stay. Loved the room, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Excellent check in and service. We can only highly recommend the hotel !

Everything was timely and grear

Really good location for exploring old town Nice. Close to shops, bars and restaurants
