Great place to stay; well located. Restaurant on the 27th Floor was superb and the breakfast @ Playt awesome

Overall it’s a pleasant stay, prime location, easy access to anywhere. Staff is well trained and welcoming, room is clean and tidy except it’s a bit old design. The only opportunity is there’s no swimming pool, what a pity.

Toilet sliding door got stuck easily and they noticed the problem without fixing it.
Round about 5:00am in the morning, some sort of drilling noises can be heard from upper floor. It happened 2 nights in a row.
Hand bar soap sticking on the holder when it becomes dry. You just cannot have the soap without taking the holder together.
No bottles water supply. Instead there’s filtered water faucet
We visited and stayed Park Lane Hotel continuously for at least 25 years.
It has been worst experience of all
this time.

Fantastic location in CWB. Close to the Victoria Park too. Well maintained rooms and great food as well.

Nice stay and location. Great rooftop bar with nice cocktails. Gym is large with a nice sauna, but equipment is a bit dated with machines and lacking heavy weights. Quality room service albeit TV user interface a bit buggy. Overall, solid stay for a week.

Good

Very good location. Excellent breakfast

My 5 day stay was excellent all around. Staff service on the Executive Floor was exceptional, hotel facilities very good and location could not be faulted. The MTR was adjacent so convenient to get to any destination in HKG.
Shall return on my next visit

Fantastic location near causeway Bay station , lots of shops around and restaurants
