Most hotels at airports are awful! The Hyatt Regency was clean, has beautiful views of Boston Harbor (could see the Tall Ships in town), is quiet enough for a good nights sleep and offers a free shuttle to your terminal 24 hours a day.

Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Definitely recommend.

It was all excellent, Except the shuttle that took an hour to pick us up despite numerous phone calls and promises!

Great experience. Highly recommended

Staff was responsive and professional. Property was well maintained. View was amazing.

The run was clean if a bit run down. The airport view was a novelty and surprisingly quiet. Mostly convenient for shuttle and location.

Arrived at front desk at 11pm. Couldn’t understand front desk attendant, he was mumbling at a low volume. Requested extra pillows for my pregnant wife. The staff couldn’t accommodate us, they just hoped we would go away.

In the morning we wanted to explore the city and drop our bags at the concierge at 10am. Concierge didn’t show up for an hour, we missed the ferry. We come through Boston twice each year, and won’t be coming back to this property.

We had a great stay! Our room was on the 15th floor overlooking the harbor..Beautiful view! Our room was clean and comfortable, very roomy.

The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working during our stay. When I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout, the response was simply that they will notify maintenance. There was no apology for the inconvenience or any effort to acknowledge there is a problem, which made it feel like my concern was being dismissed.

Later, while riding the airport shuttle, I learned from other guests that the AC issue was not limited to our room but was affecting a larger portion of the property. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, I would have appreciated better communication and a more customer-focused response from the staff.

Room was very nice overlooking the harbor , the clam chowder was amazing and Chad for the Airport Shuttle was amazing ..

I loved staying at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. The large windows in the dining room overlooking the harbor was delightful.
