We had ants in our room! Not very relaxing- especially as we had our infant and toddler in tow. I had to rewash a bunch of my sterilized bottles because the ants were “exploring”.

The hotel had nice amenities and was in a great location; however, the hotel is dirty and really needs updating. Our first assigned room smelled like wet dog - and while the front desk was kind enough to quickly locate a new room, our second room showed a lot of wear and tear (marks on walls, broken furniture, carpet stains, etc.). Additionally, as the pool was open until 11p, it was tough to sleep at night given our room location over the pool and windows that did not keep out sound. I would not stay here again.

The check in person was not very friendly… she was being short with her “no I can’t guarantee your room will be ready at 4pm” kind of attitude. When I called to ask if we could use the spa showers after check out to help us with some scheduling help it was an abrupt “no we don’t allow that”. The bed was so uncomfortable, and the room was just ok… nothing special.. and to top it off there was a daddy long legs spider in our room. It happens, but it was the final straw for this place.

I was a bit disappointed about the food. The calamari were served IN a sc, instead of being crispy, they were soft :-(
The breakfast plate was so full, there was hardly any space to cut, it.lacks a bit of style.
The bacon that is served with an egg dish is "old", not freshly made, tasts ok but the bacon is still old..
Tried finally the Shrimp Linguine, was good in taste.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were respectful and helpful; the hotel restaurant, pool area and meeting room had awesome views.

The hotel room was infested with ants! In the bathroom, beds, nightstand…they were everywhere.
