good location, very nice staff!!! WIFI super weak, not even strong enough to use whatsapp

Very poor in general. Most things in the room broken. Had to request multiple times to fill toiletries as all empty.
Poor checking process and don’t for get the 4 flights of stairs to climb. Would have moved hotels but nothing else available in town.

Hotel in good location. Rooms are very basic & need better furniture, (wardrobe door & shower doors did not work). Very good breakfast & friendly staff.

I believe the hotel was misrepresented in the photos. Its a ran down hotel and i think the photos online must be from 5+ years old. To start we had numerous flying ants come from the aircon, wifi was almost unuseable within 15 ft of router with 4 bars connectivity. It was like they had the internet throttled. There was a filthy mattress laying against the wall outside our room the two days we were there. We were booked for two nights and left a day early and forfeited the second night there. Our breakfast was lukewarm at best and we were there right when breakfast started at 7am. There was construction going on that started hammering at 7 am.

The only good things I can say about this place is its location and friendly staff. We checked out early after staying one night and finding a place around the corner that was less expensive and 5 times better than this place. You are better off finding someplace else. I cant believe the rating on this hotel was as high as it was.

It was so close to everything. I liked it

Absolutely terrible terirble hotel. Beds weren’t cleaned, nothing worked in the hotel, the AC, TV, doors and windows all barely functioning. No fridge, no kettle and no blow dryer. The windows and doors aren’t sealed so you can hear everything outside all night as if the cars were driving pass you

This hotel had a kind and good customer service, as most Filipino are. But the condition of the room was so bad. They moved us from our original hotel room, because the A/C was broken before we even saw our room. So we said, sure. Why not. We just arrived here anyways. They said the new room was bigger and across the road. The room looked fine at first, but issues happened. Hot water didnt work half the time, toilet would stop working 3 of 4 days there, bed mattress was HARD as a rock and aircon decided to stop working on the last 2 days. the location wise is only 2-3 mins walk to the town centre, which is nice, and most of the tricycle drivers know the name, but I feel like theres better choices for the money in the area.

The breakfast was good though. Lots of options and the food was fine. Had fresh omelets on demand, fresh fruit, garlic rice, and a bunch of typical Filipino meats. It changed daily. Early around 7am, you can get pancakes too. They run out fast.

Staff so great

Location is nice walkable on night life, restaurants and shopping
