Hidden gem! Walking distance to main Sightseeings. We felt safe because next to government building there are always was security. Clean inside and around neighborhoods. Personnel was very accommodating. Delicious breakfast!

Great location. Rooms at a bit out dated. Bathroom is small. Kinda the low end of 4 star hotel.

When check in, safety box is not working and 2nd day no morning call which is disappointing

This hotel located in the city center in a walking distance from Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Colliseum and Vatican. Location cant be better, very safe area. Many restaurants, small shops and cafes in a minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is included with the stay and pretty good. Good coffee, tea, juice selection, bread, cold cuts, cereal and yogurts. The only issue that it can be noisy at night as it is in a walking section of the city but other things mentioned above were more important to us. Beatiful top floor veranda with city view, can eat breakfast there even in January. Easy airport shuttle that you can reserve at the front desk. Room was small but had everything we needed and we didnt spend much time in a room, we came to see Rome, not to stay in the room. If we visit Rome again, this hotel will be my first choice.

Great location. A bit outdated room. Bed quite uncomfortable. Good breakfast in a lovely rooftop terrace. Ordered in room breakfast on one morning and it was disappointing as it did include only couple pieces of bread and cereal. Not even butter was provided with the bread. I highly recommend going to the breakfast facility upstairs as it had different kinds of breads, variety of sliced meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, variety of pasteries, butter etc.

Fabulous location… close to everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast good and awesome view from the rooftop every morning while we ate. Highly recommend

I loved being close to the government buildings and in the middle of many tourist sites. The government buildings all had high security coverage, so we felt safe walking around early evenings. All the staff at the hotel were exceptional.

The staff and customer service are absolutely amazing and they went above and beyond prior and during our stay. The area around the hotel is incredible with so many sights and shops.
We found the beds hard and the pillows could use improvement hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, absolutely 5 stars!

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. For example, they provided great restaurant suggestions complete with directions. Rooftop garden was wonderful. Breakfast diverse and well-prepared with plenty of variety and, again, helpful and very pleasant staff.
