Beautiful historic hotel, kept very clean, with great service. I really enjoyed our stay.

However, it’s an old hotel and our room felt a little tired. A little shabby in places - faded glory chic, if you want to be kind about it. But definitely very clean, and the bed, pillows and linens were comfortable. Coffee maker in the room was basic but worked, and our request for more coffee and water was actioned immediately.

No room service, so you had to order food from the hotel restaurants and take it up yourself, that was a bummer when we landed after a long transpacific flight. We had various dishes from the Gallery bar and restaurant, and they were strictly OK. Nothing to really complain about but nothing standout (except the meatballs, which were great). We overslept (jet lag) and missed breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Fitness center was pretty good, and you MUST swim in the spectacular original pool.

Amazing history on a beautiful hotel 🏨 unfortunately it really needs to be handled with much more care. The water in our room was coming out yellow/orange and in the toilet to so we couldnt was our hands and no toilet paper. We asked for another room and it was better but the only waived 37 dollars.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Parking is expensive, but I guess comes with the territory. The only disappointment is that I upgraded the room and was expecting a city view, instead got a brick wall.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The downside was the beds, which felt a bit small for three people. Other than that, everything was fine.”

While the hotel itself is a historic and impressive property, that is where it stops. The rooms are extremely undermaintained and run down. Cleaning in the room was not up to the mark. The sheets had stains, the sink had hair from the previous guests and the surfaces weren’t cleaned down properly. The area surrounding the hotel also felt unsafe and dangerous after a certain point at night. Also, they don’t offer any room service, which feels bizarre. Overall we were disappointed in our stay. The location of the hotel was the only saving grace. Oh and they were shooting the Apple TV show “the morning show” while we were staying there, so I guess that was kinda exciting? All in all, Will likely not be returning.

Beautiful historic hotel. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We paid extra so as it was promised that our room will have lounge access. Upon arrival we were told that there is no lounge access and no discount was provided for that.

In addition, it doesnt list specifically that there is no room service yet their phones have a tab for room service. It was clearly misleading

Amazing staff!!! Great amenities and atmosphere

I stayed in 715, the room smelt like hot mold at the entrance near the bathroom across from the closet. I was only there for one night. I had room spray, so that helped. The location is great, but $70+ for parking 55+ if you park yourself.

Such a beautiful hotel. Every single employee was so king and helpful. It was a really good experience.
