Everything was perfect, the service, rooms and especially the location for convenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sydney. Jo.

Great location and good price for quick overnight stay

It was a perfect location to everything and a very reasonable price. They do not service the rooms but for 2 nights that was fine. It was perturbing to have no coffee pods for the very fancy coffee maker in the coffee’s lounge’. Will def use this place agwin

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being so centerally located! We stayed on the 6th floor so unexpectedly had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on at night. (also shocking how loud when we opened that balcony door vs when it was closed.) Great service after checking out, getting our bags before heading back to the airport was very quick! The delicious snacks when we checked in and the bottle of wine were a delightful surprise too. Absolutely great value.

Excellent location, friendly staff.

If you want a no frills hotel then this is the place to stay. Room very compact, big enough for me but would struggle with 2 people. Cleanliness of the hotel was good. Reception very small , however staff were very helpful . They arranged a late checkout for me and ordered a raxi. Location was fab

Regrettably I had a few issues despite only staying at the hotel for one night.
Upon arrival to the initial room I was allocated, I was unable to open the door to the bathroom in my room. I called reception and the concierge came to help open the door, only to discover that one of the fixtures had come off the rails, making it difficult and unsafe to open and close the door. I had to ask for a different room (it was not immediately offered to me). Upon entry to the second room I was allocated, there was an odour in the room and there were a number of fruit flies flying around. By this point it was around 8pm and I was too tired to have to go back down to get the room changed again, particularly as I had some work to do that evening and I had a very early start the following morning.
Very disappointed.

There was a non-functioning air conditioner. Initially they gave us a card to leave in, but no luck. Then a day later, they gave us a fan, which only moved the hot air around. After two days, we got action when Hanny, who was on the desk that day immediately arranged to get a technician to fix it. Hanny is the employee who pulled this rating way up!

Although the location was perfect, the room itself was dark, dingy, and nothing like any of the photos of the rooms on the website. Also the room had an odour of mould, each day after our room was serviced the cleaners put the air conditioner on to try and mask the odour, if there was any period of time when we turned it off due to the room being cold, the smell was very noticeable.
