We love staying the Yotel. Our room was great, very large, and accomadating.

Good stay. Room small but clean and comfortable. Safe did not work and took 3 days and multiple requests for them to actually do something about it. Well situated to the waterfront and restaurants. Would probably stay there again.

Great hotel for the money. Area has lots to see/do. Good restaurants.

The hotel was in a good location, and was relatively close to the places I wanted to visit. Front desk staff were nice. Room was nicely air conditioned upon arrival. The room was very small and even though the mattress was adjustable up and down, when it was lying flat the pillows ended up in the space between the mattress and the headboard. It was disappointing not to have bottled water in the room upon arrival. There also wasnt a reception area to sit in other than a couple chairs. Im not sure I would stay there again if in the area.

Great Seaport location

this was a new experience for us as we had never stayed in a Yotel before. The rooms are small but there is almost every thing needed. Our only suggestion is to find a space for a small refrigerator so one can store drinks or snacks. Also the beds are not really made in size for two slightly large adults. We did sleep well but felt like one of us might fall out the side. Loved the food offerings, having bar on premises. Location superb for grabbing a cab or using metro to get to other areas of city.

It was nice and clean. Our room cramped, but the expandable bed made it work. Asked for a medical fridge, and they said it would be delivered to our room, but we never got it.

Unbelievably kind staff my flight was very late and Cassie who checked me in was kind and helpful assisting me in all areas. Thea have a late check out til 4 pm for a very reasonable rate which was very helpful! Morning staff also friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel due to exceptional staff, customer service and location

Great location. We selected room with lofted bed, which was small but comfortable.
