This hotel is really nice, the staff where amazing. For me it was not the right location, and even though my city view room had a fun room, it was way to noisy for my liking.

I was welcomed by Jay who took me up to the room with my bags and he was just so nice and told me everything I needed to know without me having to ask.

Thank you for such good service!

Great place to stay! Excellent service

Clean room, great staff

AMAZING stay. Great location.

Clean room - housekeeping did a good job, service was on point - staff was quick to respond, safe, quiet.

I recently stayed for a week for a city break on the recommendation of a friend. The hotels location is unbeatable and the bed is comfy and shower amazing. On the negative side the room is very small (I was staying on my own and had to step over my own suitcase in the room each day. The main thing that irked me was the $40 destination fee which is applied each day whether you use it or not. I got room service the night I arrived (fries and a sparkling water is not worth $40) and the other days I just had breakfast as I didn’t want to have my lunch and dinner dictated especially when there are endless options outside. The breakfast was style over substance and not worth $40. If I had known before I went I would not have booked.

In between warby parker and tumble it was slightly hard to find but once you knew where it is you’ll never firget

The staff at the hotel entrance were extremely attentive and welcoming. They kindly assisted us with our luggage in a very polite and professional manner.

Convenient location. Great restaurant. Enjoyed my stay.

Very nice
