Room is spacious and clean

Excellent staff, great spacious rooms and very comfortable pillows.

Unfortunately the first room we stayed in was in a horrendous state. Had a strong stench of mould, was damp, and black mould covered the bathroom. It triggered an exacerbation of my travel partners asthma requiring her to increase the frequency of her inhalers for the first time during our 7 week trip.

We spoke to the reception staff who were very helpful and immediately moved us to another room. The new room was excellent, slightly dated but clean and in great condition. It’s a shame about the first room, very disappointing and it should not be habited.

Everything was great about the hotel and staff! I will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast: Coffee is only available from one single machine but it was not good quality.
Food items acceptable but can have more variety for different days of the week.

Love that the room is well lit and w many light options. However the chair is not suitable for desk work. And the room felt constantly humid and damp despite the AC being on 24/7.

Housekeeping is spotty but gets the work done eventually and efficiently. Front desk is friendly but I did not have additional demands so my interaction is limited.

- Room was clean and tidy.
- Soundproofing was average, some noise from outside or room next door was noticeable.
- Staff were polite, professional and helpful
- Showerhead was faulty, but staff assisted quickly and replaced the equipment.
- Convenient location with a convenience store, restaurants, massage shops, and a shopping mall nearby.

Breakfast buffet was great and had various selections. Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great, clean and away from the kaos

Staff very friendly, much more than in any high end hotel, they skipped the cleaning daily, bottled water, coffee, etc
Hotel is well located

It is a great place to stay. Clean and nice. Staff are super friendly and had great English. The pool was nice. But the location is amazing! So close to MRT and skytrain so easy to get anywhere in Bangkok.

i have stayed many times at Arte.
I always feel safe and happy here.
From the security guard, porters, front desk staff, housekeeping and the fabulous girls at breakfast, i always feel welcome.
Great Location.
Great Price for the quality.
I will be back as ap!
