Decent room, underfloor heating, nice shower in a wet room, fridge which they give bottles of water every day, secure and safe rooms & hotel staff and location is safe too. Suyu subway station is right next door to the hotel, the airport limousine drops you off right outside the hotel (1 minute walk maybe), theres a McDonalds, KFC, 7/11, Paris. Baguette, Subway and many other food places within a very close proximity. Would definitely stay again

I chose this hotel for a one night stay with my daughter since it had great reviews.

The room was dirty, many stains on all furniture.
I do not recommend here for a family trip.

The staff was friendly.

This price with the quality of this hotel is excellent, convenient and quiet. Located in the center of Suyu station.Hotel provides an amenity bag with everything which is lovely and useful!

Check out time is 1pm is even awesome! Receptionists are so helpful and nice, thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The space is small but very cozy, perfect for solo travelers or couples. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. If youre looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, this place is a great choice!

The room was very small conpared to moat US hotel rooms but warm and clean. Like most things in S. Korea, very easy to check in and check out.

Pros
1. Quiet. you wont hear other room noise
2. Lots of food nearby
3. receptionist can speak English and nice
4. Can leave luggage
5. 2 min walk from Suyu Station
6. Airport shuttle nearby but takes at least 1.5 hrs
7. Hotel provides nearly everything you need for daily cleanup
Cons
1. Netflix didnt work
2. Road noise is loud at night
3. Away from center and othe sightseeing place
4. May be better to room renovation
Although theres no stuff smell nor rubbish around, rhe room may need to be renewed as they are old. But the TV is large and new.

You get what you pay.
Enough space and clean stay.
But can be uncomfortable without charging socket…

Comfortable and amazing, thank you so much!

Great service and the hotel is in an excellent neighborhood

Very good, receptionists were nice, location is great, lots of restaurants near by and a metro station. The room could be better maintained, walls had cracks but otherwise very comfortable. If you dont mind the distance from the center of Seoul I recommend staying here.
