This used to be the Nikko Hotel several years back. I am very impressed with the change! Really spacious room with a partial view of Victoria Harbour. Close to the East TST station and an abundance of restaurants nearby. What impressed me most is they provide a large glass bottle and refill stations on every floor saving thousands of plastic bottles. Only knock is nobody is going to pay HK$410 for a burger from room service - more reason to get out and explore the area! Will be back :)

1 bottle of water per room. You had to refill it yourself at the end of a long hallway. Just ridiculous and inconvenient. I paid extra for club floor as well.
Also breakfast closed at 10am. Would have been nice if it was available a little later.

This place was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Excellent service by front desk & concierge, so many staff to assist guests the moment guests alight from cars, attend to your luggages etc.

I didnt like the extremely soft pillows which affected my sleep and the dark shower area could do with more lighting.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay. Really nice room with comfortable bed. Nice location but away from the island activities. We would highly recommend staying here.

quite and cozy

Toilet broke the first night. They fixed it the following day, but offered no compensation for the hassle. You would expect at least a working toilet when the room costs more than 300 eur/night.

Great property in Tsim Sha Tsui. Our concierge Raymond provided exemplary customer service. He always remembered our names and tended to our every need.

Nice stay for business trip.
