Everything about the stay was great.

Thanks it was a great trip

This place is in a great location. The staff are friendly and the beds comfortable.

Tge roons are basic, but have everything you need. Who comes to Hawaii to sit in their room anyway. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice extra as is the free laundry facilities.

Given the price, I cant really fault the place!

Not sure how this property got great reviews unfortunately I had based my stay for that reason. Hotel was not what I expected I had reserved 3 rooms, the rooms are very old looking, lighting very low and depressing looking, the curtains were hanging almost like in a thin wire, really no windows to get any kind of sunlight or any air for that matter. The “ laundry facility “ was a joke I ended up going to a launder mat. The bar is pretty much open for just anyone to walk in to the hotel and honestly the people that would show up were very sketchy it made me feel like we were stay at a motel 6 . I never really make reviews but this time I really had to I could go on and on but I’ll leave it at that. I honestly left 3 stars just for the staff they were nice and courteous.

Very clean room. Excellent service! Stayed for two nights and was affordable. Definitely booking another stay!

Too noisy, only location

Nice property, Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Maile was very nice. The surrounding area is very loud, and the room only has jalousie windows which does nothing to keep the sound out. Other than the noise, the hotel was quite nice!

Great location, but our room smelt like Korean bbq since we were right beside the food truck area:)

Rooms are outdated but functional. There’s a food that was left on our fridge from the previous guests that was never cleaned before we got there. Remote of TV was not working and had to call for service. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. I love where the location is, really convenient to all the attractions and just few mins walk to waikiki beach.

Staff was super nice and friendly especially Avri and Sean. Room was basic but fine. Parking was sold out but I was accommodated with a stall outside the hotel which is better than none and Im grateful for the discounted parking cost for being a Hawai’i resident. Area a little sketchy with some homeless behind but staff was quick to respond to a concern of someone sleeping on the back stairs near the parking. The karaoke bar Wang Chungs in the hotel was a lot of fun and my bartender he was awesome! wish there were end tables on both sides of the bed to make charging tech easier. Shower needs to get fixed because it kept dripping. But got really hot also. Soap/body wash dispensers were a little difficult to use but Im glad they were provided though. I would stay there again for its simplicity and staff hospitality.
