Fantastic stay my grandchildren can’t stop talking about the rooftop rotating restaurant open only to guests. For an extra fee but well worth it will definitely stay here again and again.

Loved the experience here. The modern and whimsical design of the building - the dramatic Atrium with skylight above, the elevator carriages that looked like floating lanterns, the giant sculpture / fountain in the center... so many unique and inviting seating areas... and an energizing visual effect of each floor and room, with balconies and alcoves appearing and disappearing as you move along the perimeter of each floor. It was really fun to walk around and find your room, look down at the geometry of the atrium... very cool. The gym was amazing, and the location by the ferry building and embarcadero BART station was really convenient for getting to Sausalito and the East Bay, and the airport.

Clean except cigarette buts on the balcony floor in a non smoking room. Hole in the wall in the room hallway. Very tiny room for a $40 upgrade to get a balcony that wasn’t worth it. Staff was very friendly and everything else was good. A little outdated and dark.

On check in we were offered an upgrade to use the club lounge the receptionist made out he was doing us a deal. However when we went to check out the lounge straight after check in. The lounge was under construction/renovation and we were it would be closed for Easter. We quickly went back to reception as d asked to remove the charge. Bit of a con and not what I would expect from the Hyatt.
Our room was on the 12th floor. We booked a high Veiw room. When we stayed previously we stayed on the 16 th floor for a premium we booked the same again however we were told these rooms were better just another con and not what I anticipated
I like the hotel I like the bar area the rooms are Clean and location suits my needs. Just a few annoying elements which comes down to individuals and not the hotel itself

I stayed in this hotel in 2015 when I volunteered for the Yoga Journal Conference and couldn’t wait to return. I had such a great time. I’m glad I upgraded my room cause the view of the feet building was spectacular. The staff was wonderful. I especially love just hanging out in the lobby. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

Great location steps from the ferry buiding. I enjoyed eating my way thru all the wonderful food offerings and Farmers Market. Also took a ferry ride to Sausalito & back, seeing the Golden Gate Bridge & Alcatraz for $15. Super convenient is that the cable cars turn around right outside the hotels front lobby. The hotel itself is impeccable with large spacious well designed rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed there longer!
