Usually, if three people stay for 8 nights and 9 days, the total exceeds 24 nights. In such cases, other hotels often offer late check-out, allowing it until 3 or 4 PM, or even as late as 6 PM.

This hotel only extended the check-out time until 1:30 PM at best, which was close to the 12 PM check-out time. Considering travel time, it was difficult to even get an hour-long massage. I do not recommend the amenities, as they consist of low-priced items.

The shower head was not fixed in place, and it seemed like the rooms were not being inspected thoroughly. The TV connection was also unreliable, and the speed was on the slow side.

Beautyful clean hotel with very kind staff!
Close to shopping and nightlife:)

Sad old hotel. This hotel is old and worn out. Everything needs updating. The rooms are beat up and worn out and look tired. Its a good location but there are other nearby hotels that are in better shape.

The staff are nice but that is easy to find in Bangkok.

Fantastic staff!
Great breakfast

A good accommodation with nice service, nice location and hygienic environment.

Great hotel in the center of the action. Always my go to hotel. Excellent staff and very helpful.

Staff and room is good and helpful. The hotel must do sometning with the elevator. It has been a problem for years now. So for me if i shall stay it must be fixed.

A nice hotel and great value for money. Central location, nice large room, comfy king size bed and good bathroom/shower. Nothing really to complain about.

The staff were amazing. The location was on point, very convenient to go to malls and next to the station. Chef Lee from breakfast was a delight in our eyes as she have the brightest smile. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.

Great Bar on 38th floor. Great breakfast. Great location.
