Fell in love with Vancouver and a huge part of that was the River Rock Resort. All the staff in this establishment were so friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with their care and attention to guests. The casino was impressive, even to someone who lives in Las Vegas. Food choices on property with varied both in choice and prices. We loved sitting on the patio at the Chairmans Room overlooking the river having a local brew. Having the Canadian Sky Train across the street made access to downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, the Vancouver Airport, the Cruise Terminal, and so much more easy-peasy and extremely inexpensive.

Helpful professional staff

very spacious and convenient. but Vancouver is expensive

Clean rooms, pool area is clean but careful as many kids slipped and fell while running to the slide- I slipped but luckily didn’t fall while walking to the slide.

Excellent family stay with pool and large suite. Room service was reasonable; great location for early or late flights.

Brought our dog north of the border for the 4th of July to escape the fireworks. After checking in they promptly had a doggy bed and bowls brought to the room even without us asking!Superb!!

Room was extremely clean and kept that way on a daily basis. Having Starbucks on the facility made mornings a lot more manageable.

There was alot of extra fee like $23 resort fee that I didnt know about. Also you cant bring in outside food which is disappointing.
Great access to train and bus station.

Booked this room for the night before flying home from a cruise. What a surprise when we opened the door and it was a suite! Just absolutely beautiful and clean. Robes in the closet, very deep tub and your basic necessities. We dropped off our luggage earlier as they provide storage til your room is ready.

Everything was great. They gave us a free upgrade.
