Gorgeous historic hotel, beautifully maintained, helpful and friendly staff - we were only able to stay one night so we were unable to try the restaurant or bar, but we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boston!

No help with luggage upon arrival

This hotel is in a superb location. It was clean and the staff friendly. However, the room was so small. There is no where to even put your suitcase. The bathroom was super small and the sink backed up immediately upon use and took a long while to drain. It is an historical old hotel and has been updated nicely. The people in the attached coffee shop/gift shop were not friendly, anlmost rude or annnoyed both times I visited. Rest of the hotel staff were amazing.

I wanted a no fuss, I don’t have to think about anything, excellent hotel to celebrate the fourth and was very pleased with the Omni. Tip for new visitors: Like most city hotels, you must pay for parking. We paid in advance for a garage a couple blocks away vs valet at the hotel. I would do this again.

Rooms are very very tiny. Even smaller bathroom. No where to unpack clothes. No dressers or counter space. Plus the $35 a day fee on top of hotel price was unreasonable. Listing stated queen beds but they were full size.

Great hotel with a charming history! Outstanding downtown location within walking distance to many must see sites; directly off the Freedom Trail. Our deluxe was a little tiny and we had an interior room so we had a view of the building next to us. However, it was clean, comfy bed and adequate amenities.

Just not as special as it used rob. The great restaurant downstairs is gone and replaced by a seldom used gym.

Great location and updated rooms. A bit on the smaller side but everything else made up for that. Staff were great!

Excellent stay in a great location!

Perfect stay. Checked in early after a long flight. Well located. Very easy.
