The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to).
The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go almost anywhere and have a full meal&drinks.

Property was clean and beautiful grounds but no music or any form of entertainment

Staff are wonderful, Mani at the pool bar, Adkil at Vasco de gama and all staff in the sports bar ans restaurants. Plenty of options for pools, lots of sun beds and the resort is very clean. Unfortunate to have the building work going on, would have been better doing this in the summer with kess oeople around.

Property clean easy access to swimming pools and beach. Staff very friendly and corteous.

It was a nice 2 days as a family we spent at the hotel.
One room was not ready at the time of check in which is first time i’m facing this issue.
But overall it was good.

It was a nice weekend away with all the relaxing I could muster

This property has everything you need plus great service also a free bus goes to the 3 big malls

The good thing behind my trip was Hotels.com as the site describe everything and support every member in a very professional way.
JA resort is a meaningful resort with all aspects.

Great place out of the way though it was close to small palm but was wrong. If I had checked I would have stayed closer to Dubai and Atlantis. Don’t have your clothes washed there they charge way too much.
