amazing stay and excellent serice

The hotel probably serves many renowned companies with events and banquets, while that makes the hotel look great and high end, the attitude and manners of some front office and restaurant is astonishing, could be unable to cope with event guests and traveling guest at the same time but showing that in front of guest is just jo acceptable.

Scrupulously clean throughout the whole hotel, and of course the room. We only stayed the one night and sampled only one restaurant, however the choice is enormous. We had breakfast at the Horizon lounge, so much choice and well worth the upgrade. Everything fresh, nothing too much trouble for the extremely polite and helpful staff. Only very slight downside is the hotels position within Singapore, slightly out of the centre. However it is almost a resort on its own site, with lots to do. Many restaurants plus a beautiful relaxing pool area. They also provide a complimentary shuttle bus to the shopping districts etc. They kindly offered us a late check out, available free actually, but not always, very helpful as we had a very late flight departure. Definitely worth upgrading to club room. All in all a beautiful relaxing stay, whether one night or many.

Everything is good, up to my expection

Nice resort with lovely staff and good location. However although the room size was around 50m2, however we had two suitcases and had problem to find space for one of them. The air con was noisy and there was an issue with the hand shower as it was only spraying on the wall :)
However all together a nice resort.

The vip lounge on the top floor was excellent, great choice of food and drink and the service was top notch.

Next-level luxury, service and setting.

Everything was so smooth. The room was excellent. All the staff we’re accommodating and friendly nothing was too much.

Was Great, good service and food
