Fantastic location, friendly and welcoming Staff, our room was one of the best we have stayed in - worth paying a little extra getting the harbour views!

Hotel room equipment is updated all the time.
The staffs service is very polite and attentive

Wonderful stay, excellent housekeeping team. It was unfortunate that there was one night where the water supply was cut off from the hotel so we couldnt shower till 45minutes later. Still I think the hotel did its best to manage guests.

Everything had been extremely satisfying. Staff are courteous and helpful. Our room was very spacious. It was maintained well by daily housekeeping and necessities were replenished. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Location of hotel is the best. Concierge was very informative and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Service and kitchen staff were wonderful and attentive. Bellhop had been helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing to whine about.

We did not sccess the steam and sauna because the hours posted on TV was from 10 to 5. The 5 pm close is too early for people who come back from sightseeing.

It’s a bit run down hotel, same as 15 years back with no change. Doesn’t have proper Four Seasons appeal. Concierge is very helpful. Rooms are a bit small.

The property is centrally located to so much action. The Quay is just across the street. Premium luxury ships are right next door. Lots of restaurants and bars. Very easy to come and go.
