I booked a specific room for the supposed Eiffel Tower view, which I did not get. The room was called “Panoramic View” but had one small window.
The electrics were failing so I had to call an engineer to switch on or off lights.. he had to return 3 times to get the lights off when I went to bed. As a result, the Do Not Disturb light was always on, so no housekeeping. In room steam didn’t work etc. The hotel manager called to tell me it would all be fixed, but it wasn’t. An extremely expensive top-of-the-range suite and a true disappointment for Mandarin Oriental. They should be embarrassed.

Very good location and friendly staff

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back.

Amazing stay, my favorite hotel in Paris

Overpriced for what is supposed to be a five-star hotel.
Poor breakfast, slow service.
Rooms are not five-star level.

Hotel was nice, but the rooms are very outdated and the prices are far too expensive for the type of accommodations. Hotel de Crillion was similarly priced and was very good value in comparison to the Mandarin in Paris. I’ve stayed at many Mandarin Orientals around the world but I would avoid this one unless they reduced their prices or underwent a makeover of the rooms.

Perfect hotel. Special thanks to Louise for giving me a tour of the hotel upon check in and following up on how our stay was.

The best hotel in Paris. Wonderful staff and excellent service

Food and rooms were excellent. Housekeeping needs improvement with service and anticipation of the needs. concierge superior in conparison with other hotel in paris since i stayed in 2 hotel during my 11 days staying in Paris
