Short family weekend in London
Outstanding staff and location, the could use a fresh up.
Everything is fine but a bit outdated.

Good but condition not working it is freez also some light not work but in general it is not bad if the try to fix that

I paid for a King bed and did not get a king bed. The hotel phone in the room did not work so anytime I needed something, I had to go downstairs to the front desk. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

The only problem is the air conditioning that doesnt work and they put a device in the room that is very noisy

The hotel is in good central location though the area can be noisy on weekends. The building is a bit tired and can use a renovation. Having said that, the room had everything we needed, staff was really professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good with ample choice. Overall, good stay

Air conditioning not working, mold in bathroom, spots in carpet . Not worth the money

Overpriced hotel and extremely dated rooms. The had a large portable noisey portable AC unit in the room that needed a duct to go outside via a window. I was with my four year old child and this was extremely difficult room to stay in due to the noise. The window had to be left open for that duct. When I went down to ask them to change the room they said nothing available.

The only positive thing in this hotel was the breakfast buffet. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

In conclusion, I was glad that I was only there was one night.

Hotel room was run down and cramped. Not what I expected from Marriot. Would not stay here again and it wasnt inexpensive.

Nice pics far from reality, bath without towels. Far too expensive
