Awesome hotel. Helpful staff. Everything was great, but two things: the breakfast buffet eggs are just warm, not hot, and the bacon undercooked. The rest of the breakfast is impressive...they just need a couple of adjustments. The other thing is that while the air conditioning in the room is great during the day, it seems to be less good during the night, making our sleep hot and uncomfortable. Im guessing they are doing some cost-saving at night. Not good in a heatwave.

Great location Tram stop nearby Easy wslking

Great place to stay !
Close to many Nice places !
The Breakfast for 20€ is well worth it!

- Staff very helpful and pleasant.
- Reception very clean but the corridors are just ok...
- one of the ugliest area of Bordeaux but close to everything.
- No clock in bedroom.
- No nightlight.
- Hair dryer has no ground pin and cannot be used in washroom.
- Lots of mold between the bath and the wall insert.
- Good paper tissues and toilet paper.
- Way too expensive at regular price.

Its pretty well located and well run. Its a little bit run down feel but not too bad. Its close to a tram stop and takes about 20 minutes to walk into the old town centre.

Nice welcome, room basic, nice breakfast buffet. Bread is lovely

Nice hotel near center

We really didn’t enjoy this hotel. That really isn’t the fault of the employees.

It says there is parking at the hotel - there isn’t. You need to park at the shopping center nearby and drag your luggage up and down stairs. So annoying.

The reception were so nice to upgrade our room, such a kind thought, but we feel more it was a disservice. Then the keycard didn’t work - whatever they fixed it very fast. Then we step into the room. Sure it was big but it was really worn down. The carpet was stained and the corners in the bathroom were black. But i did get the impression it was a clean room.

Now the worst part was that this “upgraded” room (526) is seemingly located near a waterpump which will make a terribly loud noise every minute or so. Soo nice, along with running toilet and the brick they call a pillow, when trying to sleep after driving 10 hours (Not)!

Clean, tidy, well maintained hotel

Very nice
