Being as you asked about the view, it was of an inner courtyard full of HVAC equipment! Not awe inspiring.
During check in, I requested the booking of transport to the airport on the Monday morning and was assured it was looked after. When the airline advised us to be at the airport 4 hours before flight time, I went to the desk the next morning to change the pick up time and found that the transport had not been booked!!
Cleanliness was top notch, breakfast was excellent, and the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel is located close to the main train station on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and walking to view many of the sights of Rome is easy.

Staff was great, always looking out to help, guide and advice. Consistently all members of the staff. Wonderful smile, greeting every guest and eager to make our stay was as enjoyable as possible!

Nice people, good food. One thing disappointed was housekeeping-neglected refilling things.

Location was great, building was great, people were great, food was great… my only knock was no air-conditioning (only available on the second floor). It was hot in our room, and we had to keep the window wide open at night, which allowed it cool down.
