Great service and excellent view from the room!

We loved that we were able to access the facilities before our room was ready.
We arrived on an early flight arriving at hotel at 10am. The hotel stored out bags and gave us an access card to the wellness centre so we could shower and change and enjoy the pool or gym.

The same excellent service was provided when we checked out. We stored out bags as our flight was at 7pm but unfortunately we got caught in a rain storm and got saturated.
The hotel again gave us access to the wellness centre to shower and change so we weren’t sitting in wet clothes for our flight.
Highly recommend

A spectacular value for the level of luxury provided.

The hotel exceeded every expectation. From check in to check out, we had a wonderful experience. This was my sixth week in a row on the road - it was so nice to stay at a place where the staff truly cared about delivering a superior customer experience.

Definitely book this hotel , outstanding customer service from all the staff , good location, club lounge staff especially can’t do enough for you well done 👏👏👏

We loved the room! The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Clean and beautiful space. Great pool and gym - and the buffet was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay, we stayed at a Club room and the value we recieved was incredible. The included breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail hour were all amazing with an exceptionally attentive staff that made us feal like valued VIPs. My 8yr old son loved the pool and all the yummy mini-fridge snacks which were also included and refilled daily. It was located in a convenient location, close to many restaruants and the pier. We look forward to staying there again at our next Hong Kong visit.

Nice room, clean and tidy
