Beautiful hotel in great location. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet. Breakfast gets busy

Lovely hotel with very nice front of house staff, has slipped since previous visits, the bar area had run out of some basics which you would not expect at a 5* hotel, my father was unable to get either an Apple or orange juice as they had run out, also ran out of one of the main meals, seemed to be running on a reduced service but not a reduced price to match!

Amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Good customer service but poor cleanliness.

We had a lovely weekend at The Langham, Melbourne and would highly recommend.

I booked here for recently and the staff at reception went above and beyond. Thank you so much for all of your kindness and attention. To everyone at the Langham, but particularly reception- it was a weekend we will never forget.

We loved our stay!! The room was a great size and very clean. Amentities were great and the gym
Was amazing. So bright and a great mix of equipment. We had dinner at the Melba and as always it was perfect . Checkin was very quick and as always the staff were very helpful.

As a gold member , it said that I would get a $35 credit at the hotel which I did not get . Not happy

The Langham is a lovely hotel with spacious & very comfortable rooms. It has great facilities encluding a very nice Pool, Spa & outdoor area with good views of the city.
The breakfast is excellent & the service first class throughout the hotel.

Beautiful, lux, comfortable traditional style hotel. The Guest Relations Team (particularly Marina) made us feel so special with her attention to detail. Room service was wonderful. Location is perfection. Would definitely stay again.
