Fantastic location in Milan, friendly service.

Excellent location, 5mins walk from the cathedral and main shopping areas. Very convenient for exploring on foot.

The hotel is in a great location to visit Milan, close to the Duomo and most shopping areas. We had booked a junior suite and it is the usual small room, with another tiny little space attached to it, where the couch could become a bed. The room was certainly a disappointment. The rest of the hotel looked nice. The front desk was helpful. The restaurant, where we ate dinner a couple of times was very good, with good food and nice service.

The Hotel is in a good location, close to the Duomo, parking available below the hotel, room is nice but there was some issue with one of the air conditions , the main one worked fine, the secondary in the sleeping room was making noise

Everything great until the last night when we had to change rooms due to a water leak from the air conditioning. The new room was inferior to the original one: closer to the ground and street noise plus TV without original sound in movies.

The hotel located close to all main attractions. Duomo Milan is right around the corner. Premium room was quite big as the bathroom. The room seemed to be a little wear off. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Family four with tow young kids stayed comfortable in the room. Break fast was great with lots of options. Location was a short walking distance to hotel. Parking was hard to find and can’t park in front of the hotel due to on going road construction. There is a car park behind the hotel and it is 40 euros per night. Bell dear can collect your luggage. Over all great experience.

Very nice hotel. The room had some issues, fridge did not work, the door handles were broken. The staff was extremely nice

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Central location, very convenient to metro and other sites in central Milan.

First class all the way in every way.
