Super accommodating staff and great location to the pier. Walkable restaurants and things to do. I wud stay their again.

Hotel is beautifully decorated. Noah, at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He was professional but still easy going. He provided fantastic restaurant recommendations and was kind and friendly. You know...the type of person where being kind comes easy, not forced...that was him. Even though the location was great it was the customer service I received from Noah that would make me return. He stood out and truly made our stay memorable. I wish everyone was as spectacular everywhere I went. Thank you Noah!

The quality of services is really bad, no one will helps in bags or front desk.

the hotel charged me twice for my stay, and it has been more than a month of communication with them to fix the matter, they are bad in replaying and understanding the matter, i sent them supporting information from my bank regarding the deduction and zero help from thier side.

I had tio check in at 11am and late night then early morning staff professional, happy and helpful. I love great service, great taste and great people all of which pierside has. THANK U!

If you want BEDBIGS, this is the place to stay!! Horrible experience, no customer service help whatsoever- have pics & evidence and they still deny it! Terrible MGMT!

We were just a block from the Santa Monica Pier. Easy walk to the beach. The restaurant downstairs didn’t provide much more than pastries and yogurt for breakfast, and don’t ask for change there to tip your waiter because we were informed they don’t have cash. We had a decent partial ocean view which was nice but we had ants in our bathroom. I told the attendant upon checkout and we were compensated for our troubles. The hall carpets were dated but the room was modern, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of dining within walking distance. We felt safe walking at night in the area. We witnessed only a couple homeless people on the block but they did not stay in the area long. Don’t know if they were asked to leave or left on their own. They were no problem. Streets in the area were very congested at night after sunset so choose your routes carefully. I would recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located and not hard to get in/ out of.

Service was great - very friendly, remembered my name, and just overall amazing.

Room was nice - small piece of feedback - the pillows are flat and stiff (bed is fine) - so made it hard to fall asleep.

Would stay again.
