Clean rooms, Very helpful & friendly staff. prompt , excellent service right from front desk to the bar & restaurant staff. Convenient access to all the tourist attractions in the area and good Excursions arranged directly through the hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was super helpful in booking tours. The restaurant was delicious and affordable. Unfortunately, we had no hot water due to a broken pipe for our two night stay which was a bummer. Still recommend staying here!

The hotel was lovely but we had a room that faced the road and did not match the one described. I was very disappointed at first. But it was not the hotels fault at all and they went out of their way to make our stay nice. My suggestion is not to book with Expedia. Go directly to the website of the property and select the appropriate room.

Lovely hotel; great pool and wildlife.

We visited with our two kids (10 and 8), jungle feel to the whole resort.
We really enjoyed the pool and saw tons of wildlife lounging in the afternoons (toucan, macaw, iguana, monkeys).
Staff was very friendly and the full service breakfast was great.

Tropical paradise off a main road. Gardens were beautiful, pool was lovely and refreshing. All areas well kept. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Had one evening meal which was delicious. Room was large with plenty of toiletries. Staff were very friendly.

Room and property need TLC

Clean room and great breakfast

Great garden, great room

Absolutely LOVED this place. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Gorgeous views. Very easy check in and check out. Good food and drinks. Great location. I would stay here every time in Manuel Antonio. Hands down without question. Thank you!
