We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and attentive! The service was immaculate!

Pool is good especially with movie night on the weekend we stayed at. More for family with kids. Starbucks downstairs for breakfast which is rather convenient. Prime location.

Location is unbelievable. Room is nice, view out of windows is great. I didn’t use any upgraded to high floor for $25. I got 9th floor.
Bathroom mirror doesn’t have back light, looks like it designed to be, but no switches or anything to turn it on. Same with fan or hot light on the ceiling. I see it, but switch was capped with white plate and not functional. Humid from bathroom after shower spreads into room. It didn’t cause any problems at the stay at all, just noticed.
Staff friendly, very attentive. I didn’t use any amenities staying in the hotel, it was just overnight. Thank you.

Great stay , centrally located

Excellent location. Great staff and room. Very happy about this hotel

The staff in the breakfast restaurant was amazing! Will always stay at this hotel if in Chicago

Took our daughter for her 12th birthday for a night in the city and the stay could not have been more perfect. The hotel staff started off awesome, and when learning that it was her birthday, he sent up a slice of the giant chocolate cake, and she was overjoyed of the thoughtfulness. We did the swim-in movie, and it was such a fun experience. To make it simple, we went to the Jordan restaurant for dinner, and it was very very good (my memories from my childhood was it was mid, but it was not!). Spent the next day walking and shopping on Michigan Ave and seeing all the sights - the hotel held all of our bags while we were out. Weve stayed city nights in many places, with and without kids, and this was definitely 1 of the tops. Thanks to everyone

This is an old school Chicago hotel with charm. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Keenan the Bellman, was a great help! He loaned us umbrellas for our walk around, and suggested great places to eat! Great employee for the hotel!
The location is excellent and in a safe area! I’ve stayed at this hotel 3-4 times through the years of business travel and it has never disappointed.

Great location in downtown Chicago. Breakfast was good and convenient. Not luxurious but would visit again when in Chicago.

Very nice and especially indoor pool
