Nice place and convenient location. Some of the staff are really nice and helpful - others seem like you’re annoying them with for example checking out. The restaurants are good and rooms are nice. Cleaning staff was amazing!

Taj President as the name suggests was the one of the best experiences in Mumbai. The peak of summer outside and cool, comfort yet warm inside 😺

Courteous and professional staff, tasty food and clean interiors. The best part is the people with a friendly and helpful attitude.

The only improvement area could be the breakfast space - you need a larger layout and spread.

Thank you 👍

The check in started off with significant friction of room selections. This property lobby is great, however rooms are dated, dirty and not TAJ brand like. The property has significant differed maintenance. Though we upgraded 2 rooms to their "selections suite" (best rooms in the hotel) paying a lot more, 1702 and 1720, the rooms were dirty, AC never went below 20 degrees c/ 70 degrees f and usually stated at around 22-24 degrees (72-78 degrees f) during the day making it extremely uncomfortable. The hotel manager sighted that since the room was facing the west and is on their top floor, it becomes hot, but the AC is working great! lol. At 3:15 am, we woke up to water leaking from the air conditioning unit in the bathroom and completely drenched everything. We were met by an attitude of "I am not surprised this happened" and moved us to a standard room that has smell of smoke. It was one thing after another. They are first to charge, but do NOT meet the "TAJ" hotel brand name. I have stayed at no star hot

We had a great stay at President, Mumbai and would definitely recommend it.

The staff provided excellent service — everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning.

We really enjoyed our king room with an ocean view. It was comfortable, clean, and the view made it extra special.

The location isn’t the best for shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so we used Uber to get around most of the time. It was easy enough, though.

Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Staff was extremely courteous. Since my stay included breakfast, this hotel serves the best breakfast spread and the serving staff is very responsive as well.
The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms dont have closet space so no matter how many number of nights you are staying with them, you have to live out of your suitcase, which is not my style - and for those who dont care about this - I would highly recommend this hotel.
