It was bad experience due to there was no Air conditioner was working and the hotel staff aware of it and still allotted the room.
Two time went to service counter but no one wants to replace the room and giving suggestions to open the windows for cool air. !!!! Third time went to customer service counter and representative get permission from supervisor then they changed the room. So almost 4 hrs we were in a bad room

Room was infested with ladybugs. Patio door lock broken. One facecloth provided per day - had to share with husband. Room was too warm - AC did not work. Drapery were not hung properly - difficult to open & close. Not allowed to get room access until exactly 3 pm . No covered parking.

Lobby and bedroom are really clean

The guest services staff were very nice, the beds were absolutely comfortable. No complaints at all will definitely be back

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel actually was.
The room was nice and clean and up to date my only issue with the room was that we were right beside the elevator so we could hear it all night.
The service was great especially by the parking attendant. He was extremely helpful and very friendly.

We had an awesome stay at Pan Pacific Hotel on our Wedding Anniversary. Super accomodating Front desk staff (Forgot to ask his name) and very clean hotel/ room, its like a new hotel.
Will stay there again, for sure!

Very nice hotel, easy access to the DVP & the 401, Great staff...

Room was very quiet and when I arrived I was exhausted. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I was able to relax immediately.
