Very friendly and accommodating staff

Location was great next to Grand Central for easy access to the city. Beds were OK could have been a bit bigger as had 4 in our room. Breakfast had queues so we ate out most mornings which we had planned. Bar had good atmosphere and check in was really good. Value for money in NYC was OK

Our second time staying at this hotel. Pros include very nice larger room, nice restaurant and bar. Friendly service and location near Grand Central. Cons include restaurant can be crowded and little seating in the lobby.

Stay was good but I had an extra unauthorized charge on my credit card bill. I was charged an extra $250 which wasnt supposed to be there and wasnt listed on my final bill. I tried to call and discuss with Hotel but was put on hold for
a very ling time. I had to dispute through my CC company. Such a hassle.

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt special and pampered, a real treat.

Great location and conditions. Breakfast line was long but it’s NY where you may have many options outside.

Typical NYC room. Would have liked a mini-fridge. Drink coupons at check in were a very nice and appreciated touch.
