The hotel is overall good place to stay and location is perfect, close to main attractions and services. Planning to stay over night on the return travel.

Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent! The room surpassed our expectations, and the shower is absolutely incredible! My goodness, you felt refreshed and revived, ready to take on the days adventures or to wind down at night. I have zero complaints! And yes, you do get the stuffed camel souvenir.
Definitely worth the visit!

Everything was fine facilities wise except for my 500 yuan deposit which has not been returned at this moment in time.

Yours hopefully,
Pat.

This was far better than I had hope for, will stay here again.

good

Hotel room is big and comfortable
Hotel swimming pool staff is a bit rude and impolite with giving instruction
Pool was poorly finished with sharp corner signage in the pool

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, and killed at least 3 mosquitoes each night. I suspected that there was a mosquito net in the room.

It was a terrible experience. I simply could not get enough sleep because of the mosquito. This does not suppose to happen on a 5-star hotel like Sheraton.

In fact, it is 4am now, I am waiting for the mosquito to come, I have been fighting with them since 2am.

I will never come back again.
