Third stay here and hope for more in the future! No major complaints, but it would be nice to have softer pillows :) But even without that, Id strongly recommend this hotel. Close to a tram stop and easy to access other parts of the city from. It is also in the Paris end of the CBD, which is a lot nicer than the part closer to Southern Cross Station

The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. There was no bar or restaurant in the hotel.

The shower stall needed a good clean as there was slimy orange mould on the shower stall floor. Rest of the premises very clean and loved the location. And staff friendly

It was good, but the towels had stains. Feels not comfort. And no housekeeping provided.

Unprofessional staff who were not transparent about the rule that room servicing is only done upon request (and then changed that rule to "room servicing with beds, toiletries and cleaning only done every other day"). Informed me that fresh towels would be sent to my room shortly and then never bothered to deliver them.
Reception staff on late evening of Sunday 17th March 2024 were more interested in giggling amongst themselves than attending to clients.

This hotel was nice, but the rooms are a bit tired and in need of some TLC.

The rooms are spacious with ample equipment to make a simple meal. There is washing powder provided but it is wrapped up in the dish cloth - we didnt know this so just a heads up!

The free laundry is a great perk - we had been travelling for months at this point and were grateful for this service.

The rooms are a bit shabby with marks on the walls etc. I think for the price paid, this is a bit disappointing but we were able to look past it.

The front of house team were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the CBD.

Overall, I probably would return to this hotel but do think a fresh lick of paint in the rooms would go a very long way.

Very disappointed with this stay. I have stayed here before and really liked it. After that, no matter where I travel, I will always choose the Citadines chain. I went to Japan three times and stayed at Citadines, but this time stay 4 days in Melbourne was so bad. The bathroom ceiling has mold growing in the corners. I told the housekeeper to clean and change towels to do that she told me to go the reception. I told them 3 times before my room get cleaned. it will be the last time for me to stay here.

Room was clean. Wed had issues with the two single beds being put together to make a queen sized bed. Overall it was a fine experience.
